Applications are now open for our 2019-20 CWIT Fellowship for early career literary translators and creative writers from India, based in Wales and jointly managed by Literature Across Frontiers and University of Wales Trinity Saint David.

Indian citizens domiciled and resident in India are eligible to apply for the three-months Fellowship with a project that combines literary translation and creative writing, and a clear plan for dissemination of the created work. The residency will run during the winter/spring period 2019-20, any three months between 1st December 2019 and 30th June 2020.

The closing date for receipt of applications is midnight GMT of 13th September 2019. No late applications will be accepted. The successful applicant will be notified by 13th October 2019
