Launch of Zero Hours on the Boulevard – Tales of Independence and Belonging

We’ll be launching Zero Hours on The Boulevard – Tales of Independence and Belonging, an anthology of short stories by young authors from Europe, starting at the London Book Fair 2019 and continuing with a tour of Wales.
Published by Parthian Books in cooperation with Literature Across Frontiers, Zero Hours on the Boulevard features stories by 17 authors including Alys Conran, Albert Forns, Karmele Jaio, Eluned Gramich, Clare Azzopardi, Siôn Tomos Owen, Eric Ngalle Charles, Uršuľa Kovalyk, Durre Shahwar and others.
‘What all these tales have in common is a belief in the individual’s story, and in the power of smaller countries to give new perspectives on the world we think we know.’ —Patrick McGuinness
‘A book about friendship, community, identity and tribalism… it glitters with hard-won insights into what it means to be alive here, and now… razor-edged in [its] timeliness.’ — Alex Diggins, New Welsh Review
