The tenth edition of the Malta Mediterranean Literature Festival and translation workshop takes place this week in Malta. Writers will gather to translate each other’s work then perform at a series of events in Fort St Elmo, Velletta from the 27th to the 29th of August. This year’s programme features
Tamim Barghouti (Palestine/Egypt), John Bonello (Malta), Norbert Bugeja (Malta), Efe Duyan (Turkey), Moez Majed (Tunisia), Hisham Matar (Libya/UK), Nadia Mifsud (Malta), James Vella (UK/Malta), Jana Putrle Srdić (Slovenja), Marina Warner (UK) and Trevor Żahra (Malta).
