Making Literature Travel

The Romanian Association of Publishers is the organiser of the Bookfest Romania events, under the patronage of the Romanian Federation of Publishers.  Founded in 1991, it is the main professional association for book publishers in Romania, which reunites publishing domains from the entire cultural spectrum.

The Romanian Association of Publishers is centered on promoting reading and writing of quality books, facilitating readers’ access to books in terms of costs and information, thus contributing to the free circulation of ideas, as well as integrating the Romanian culture and language in the global circuit of values.
