Making Literature Travel

Three Percent is a USA-based website and set of projects and programmes or readers, editors, and translators interested in finding out about modern and contemporary international literature. Based at the University of Rochester and part of their translation programme and Open Letter, the university’s translation press. Three Percent also run the Best Translated Book Award.
